Applicant's account is attached to e-mail address that he fills in starting registration process and that identifies him. Using this e-mail address and selected password (in next steps) will allow him access to his applicant's account. Filled in e-mail address will be checked if it has correct form.
![]()
Applicant will receive following notification when he filled in correct e-mail address in previous form and submitted it with button Register:
![]()
Now applicant has to check out his e-mail box (corresponding of course to e-mail address that was filled in in previous step), possibly to wait to deliver of automatically sent system mail (few minutes delay of its delivering can occur) that includes generated link and instructions for next process.
If this message is displayed (instead of that noticed above):
![]()
registration process for filled in e-mail address already was started recently and e-mail message with instructions was sent to it.
If message wasn't delivered (after prolonged, cca half an hour), applicant can click to link Send once again to let system to sent message again - this action makes link in previous message invalid.
If e-mail message wasn't delivered repeatedly, please check your spam folder.
Next possible output is redirection to applicant's login and receiving of following notification:
![]()
In this case not only filled in e-mail address was used for registration but it was also successfully finished - meaning verification code and link in sent e-mail message was already used and password for account was created. Although no application has to be attached to this created account yet, basic registration process has been already finished for it and the same e-mail address cannot be used again to create next account.
In case you have forgotten your password, you can apply for it again - see Lost ID number or password
Last possible situation is redirection to user's (not applicant's) login to system and receiving of message:
![]()
This should occur just in case that filled in e-mail address is registered for valid school student with active study who is therefore common SIS user and has within his student's account possibility to create and submit new application and many other functions also.
Verification link (code) sent in e-mail message has to be used upto [[var:hlp_expirace]] hours since it was generated, i.e. filling in of e-mail address. Then its validity (resp. validity of verification code) expires and it will be necessary to repeat process (filling in of e-mail address). In case of repeated filling in of the same (already used earlier) e-mail address at time of not-already-valid code that was sent to it, it isn't displayed warning about its earlier using but new code is directly generated and sent by e-mail message as first. |
