First, you have to log into the Study Information System (SIS).
- New applicant - press the New applicant button to enter a page where you fill in your login data - see here for details
- Applicant registered is SIS in this academic year - depending on the SIS settings you can have up to four possible ways to log in:
- Login with e-mail and password - you need to enter the following data:
- contact e-mail - e-mail address used for registration or in some of attached applications (these addresses can be various)
- password - selected and submitted password to applicant's account
- Login with personal identification number (rodné číslo) - you need to enter the following data:
- personal number - Czech personal number without a slash or a personal code for foreigners, who are assigned such a code
- surname - actual surname
- name - first given name
- place of birth
- Login with ID number (if you already have one) - you need to enter the following data:
- identification number
- date of birth - in format dd.mm.yyyy
- sex
- Login with ID number and personal identification number - you need to enter the following data:
- identification number
- personal number - Czech personal number without a slash
